Specifically Designed for use on Manhole Cover Bolts, this Wrench has a pentagonal Socket at one end fits over the head of our Manhole Cover Bolts, and a 3/4 in. (19 mm) hole at the other for use with a rod or Hook-end spinning Wrench. It’s made of heat-treated Steel with a zinc-plated finish.
